How to fix Error 17006 during Office setup?

Error 1706 occurs whenever as Microsoft users you try to set up Office or repair it via CD-ROM. This is the only symptom that will lead you to face this error. You may see this one your display screen:

Try to use an Alternate Network Admin Installation
